Once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for your package to be shipped from our company. We ship our orders as quickly as possible.

If your item is lost during transit, email us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for stolen items. Once the shipping carrier marks package as delivered, we are unable to issue a return. You will need to contact your delivery carrier regarding your package.
